Track Your Order
Your consignment number arrives by SMS as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
How tracking works
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we send you an SMS with the courier name and your consignment number. Your parcel travels with whichever courier covers your area best, so it is not always the same company. Use the courier named in your SMS.

For Steadfast and RedX, enter the consignment number from your SMS. For Pathao you also need the phone number the parcel was sent to.
Call +880 9678913600 with the phone number you ordered with and we will look up your parcel for you.
How long should it take?
Inside Dhaka, parcels usually arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. Outside Dhaka it takes 48 to 72 hours. If your parcel has not moved for more than three days, call us and we will chase the courier.
