The rules that apply when you order from techferi.com.
Orders
An order becomes a contract only after our team confirms it by phone or SMS. We may cancel an order before dispatch if the product is out of stock, the price was listed wrongly, or we cannot verify your phone number.
Prices and stock
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies. Prices and offers can change at any time. Stock shown on the site is our best information but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and card. For cash on delivery you pay the product price plus the delivery charge to the delivery man.
Delivery
Delivery charges and times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Checking and returns
You may check the product in front of the delivery man and return it to him at that moment by paying the delivery charge. After you accept the parcel the sale is final. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Warranty
Where a product page states a replacement guarantee, that guarantee applies as described in our Warranty Claim page. Products without such a note are sold without a replacement guarantee.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and manufacturers sometimes change packaging or minor specifications without notice.
Our content
The TechFeri name, logo, product photographs and page content belong to TechFeri and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
If parcels sent to a phone number are repeatedly refused without being checked, we may disable cash on delivery for that number and ask for advance payment on future orders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be settled in the courts of Dhaka.
