Shipping Policy
How your parcel reaches you, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Where we deliver
TechFeri delivers to all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
Delivery charge and time

Orders confirmed after 6pm are dispatched the next working day. Friday and public holidays are not working days. During heavy rain, strikes or national holidays delivery may take longer, and we will tell you by phone or SMS.
Order confirmation
After you place an order our team calls or sends an SMS to confirm it. If we cannot reach you on the number you gave us within 48 hours, the order is cancelled.
Courier partners
We ship through Steadfast, RedX and Pathao. The courier is chosen by your location, so it can differ from order to order. Once your parcel is dispatched we send you the courier name and consignment number by SMS, and you can follow it on our Track Order page.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available everywhere in Bangladesh. You pay the full amount, including the delivery charge, to the delivery man when the parcel arrives. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and card payment are also accepted.
You may open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery man. If it is not what you ordered, or you decide you do not want it, hand it straight back to him and pay only the delivery charge. Please read the Return & Refund Policy before you accept the parcel, because once the delivery man leaves the sale is final.
If delivery fails
The courier tries up to three times. If your phone stays switched off, the address is wrong, or you refuse the parcel without checking it, the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled. Repeatedly refusing parcels may result in cash on delivery being disabled for that phone number.
